Verdict

College of New Caledonia is a verified public college (businessMatch and locationMatch both match, active careers portal at cnc.peopleadmin.ca) and the posting itself applies through that CNC portal. However, the web verification noted an anomaly: an apply link observed pointing at careers.bcit.ca, a different institution, which the verifier judged a likely listing data error rather than fraud (confidence 0.7). No deterministic application flags fired. Net: a real employer with a data-quality wrinkle, low risk but worth a mild bump.

Summary	CNC is a real public college in Prince George with power engineering programs and a careers portal (cnc.peopleadmin.ca). Anomaly: the posting's apply link goes to careers.bcit.ca (BCIT, Burnaby) — likely a listing data error, but the apply path doesn't belong to the named employer.
