Verdict

Landmark Cinemas is a well-known Canadian cinema chain and the posting applies through HigherMe, a mainstream hourly-hiring ATS. No fraud flags fired and the posting asks for nothing beyond an online application. The NOC code shown ("Legislators") is an obvious WorkBC taxonomy error for a Cast Member role, not a fraud indicator.
