Verdict
The Workday tenant 'pfg' is Pattison Food Group, Save-On-Foods' verified parent company, so the tenant difference is a corporate-family relationship rather than an unrelated ATS. The ats_known_provider flag fired on the official portal and the URL names a specific Save-On-Foods pharmacy location. Business and location match, and $50,960-$65,520 is normal pay for a registered pharmacy technician.
