Verdict
The posting applies through marcusmillichap.wd108.myworkdayjobs.com, the firm's own matching Workday tenant, firing the ats_known_provider flag and yielding businessMatch "match". Marcus & Millichap is a well-known commercial real estate brokerage and the position is listed as a contract role. The headline "$250,000 annually" for an entry-level agent is an aspirational commission figure rather than guaranteed pay, which is a mild concern but standard practice in brokerage recruiting.
