Verdict
The web check flagged a major discrepancy: Burjline Builders is a real construction company based in Karachi, Pakistan, not Vancouver, yet the posting advertises a Vancouver, BC position (locationMatch "mismatch"). It is a work-from-home data entry role paying $62,400-$72,800, far above BC market rate for data entry and matching the classic remote-data-entry lure profile. The company does have a real site and jobs portal, which is the only meaningful mitigation.
