Verdict
Black & McDonald Limited is a verified long-established Canadian contractor with a reachable site, active jobs listing, and matching business and location checks for Vancouver. The $143k-$164k figure is high but plausible for a unionized plumbing and heating service technician with overtime and premiums in the Vancouver market, and it is not paired with any 'no experience needed' language. There are no application flags of any kind.
