Verdict
Jim Dent Construction is verified as a real, established heavy civil contractor (businessMatch and locationMatch both match) applying through its own BambooHR tenant. The listed salary of $325 - $425 annually is obviously a data-entry artifact (a daily rate mislabeled), which is a quality issue rather than a lure, since fraud postings inflate rather than deflate pay. Overall risk remains low.
