Verdict
College of New Caledonia is a verified public college with business and location match, and this posting's apply link goes to cnc.peopleadmin.ca, CNC's own careers portal. The web summary notes an anomaly about a different apply link pointing to BCIT, but that does not apply to this posting's URL and was assessed as a likely listing data error rather than fraud. Overall the evidence supports legitimacy.
