Verdict

Manning Park Resort is a real BC resort and the $38,480 salary is normal for a front-desk agent, so nothing about the compensation is alarming. The concrete concern is that the apply link's slug is for a completely different job ('ski-instructor-16') than the advertised Alpine Guest Services Agent, and the posting is routed through a third-party aggregator with no duties or requirements listed. No employer verification was performed to offset that.
