Verdict

Same employer and CareerPlug tenant pattern as the Kelowna listing: the apply URL belongs to "pro-elite-content-services-ltd" while the employer is given as CRDN of BC Interior and Vancouver Island, with no web verification to explain the relationship. The title says Victoria BC but the location field says "Area J (Copper Desert Country)", an interior regional district area hundreds of kilometres from Victoria, so the geography is internally inconsistent. Pay of $37,960 annually is normal for the role and there are no payment, banking, or off-platform contact requests.
