Verdict

The 'svdp' BambooHR tenant was verified as the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul's own abbreviation, not an unrelated company, and the organization is documented as a Saanich-based charity running community programs. Business and location match, the ats_known_provider legitimacy flag fired, and there is no mailing address or fee. $59,009-$64,646 for a certified early childhood educator is a normal BC rate.
