Verdict
Web verification returns businessMatch=mismatch and locationMatch=mismatch, and the summary states outright that 'Group Compass Ltee' does not exist as named: the real entity is Compass Group Canada, and the posting misrepresents hiring for a BC correctional centre operated by a government authority, not Compass. That is impersonation of a real employer plus a false worksite claim, both strong fraud indicators. The only mitigating detail is that the apply link sits on an UltiPro tenant resembling Compass Group Canada's, which does not offset an explicit identity mismatch finding.

| Summary | FRAUDULENT POSTING. "Group Compass Ltee" does not exist as stated. Compass Group Canada is real (HQ Mississauga, ON; BC regional office exists), but this posting falsely claims to be hiring for Vancouver Island Regional Correctional Centre—a BC government facility operated by PHSA, NOT Compass Group. The job title (Sales/wholesale) also mismatches a correctional centre role. Red flags: fake company name, impersonation of real employer, government facility misrepresentation. |
