Verdict

College of New Caledonia is web-verified as a real public college and this posting's apply link goes to cnc.peopleadmin.ca, CNC's own confirmed careers portal, so the BCIT-link anomaly noted in the shared web summary does not apply to this URL. Trades role and salary are institution-typical with no flags.

Summary	CNC is a real public college in Prince George with power engineering programs and a careers portal (cnc.peopleadmin.ca). Anomaly: the posting's apply link goes to careers.bcit.ca (BCIT, Burnaby) — likely a listing data error, but the apply path doesn't belong to the named employer.
