Rated low risk. In its favour: applies through a recognized hiring system, web search confirms the employer is a real business and the employer's own website lists job openings. The score is computed from a fixed weight table; no model chose the number.

ITC Construction Group is a major, ~40-year-old Western Canada general contractor (residential high-rise) headquartered in Vancouver with projects in Victoria; a Victoria superintendent role fits. The BambooHR tenant 'itcgroup' is clearly ITC Group's own ATS, so the tenant flag is legitimate self-use, not brand misuse. Active careers presence on BambooHR, Indeed, Glassdoor.
