Verdict

Rated low risk. In its favour: web search confirms the employer is a real business and the posting asks for no mailed materials. The score is computed from a fixed weight table; no model chose the number.

Fire & Flower is a licensed cannabis retail chain acquired by FIKA Cannabis in Sept 2023; the apply URL is a Dayforce tenant named 'fikacompany', consistent with the parent. fireandflower.com's BC store list showed only Vancouver Broadway; no Victoria Hillside store could be confirmed online, so the location may be a new or unlisted store.
